Ana-Data's RAD-123 Methodology consists of the following core processes:
Prototyping - using the Ana-Data .Net Framework (ADF) our team construct feature-rich, scalable prototypes in a very short amount of time. This application protoype provides a forum for discussion to gather further business requirements.
Iterative Development - Ana-Data team will deliver rich versions of applications in short development cycles - where each application release produces user requirements that feed the next release.
Regular Delivery - Ana-Data team will release the application to support testing and QA needs. This demonstrates the progress on application development and resolve any requirement gaps.
Versatile Team Members - small teams that consist of experienced, versatile, and motivated members that are able to perform multiple roles.
Management Approach - Ana-Data project manager is very involved from the start to keep development cycles short and enforcing deadlines. Project Manager will keep high team motivation, and clears bureaucratic or political obstacles.
RAD tools - Ana-Data believes that development speed is more important than cost of tools and so the latest technologies should be used to increase development speed. Ana-Data's suite of tools consist of:
